Welcome to a virtual outpost of Watzek Library!
In another year, we would be excited to welcome you to Watzek (the library for Lewis & Clark's undergraduate college) as part of your time on campus. We'd invite you to browse a display of books by your teachers, sign up for a temporary library card to borrow additional materials, and generally begin to get your bearings in a college library. A lone webpage can't stand in for that experience, but we hope it may give you some assistance in discovering and connecting with writing that inspires you.
Below, you'll find a selection of recent work by your Fir Acres teachers and visiting writers. The majority of the links will take you to a catalog called Worldcat that gives information about the holdings of numerous libraries throughout the world. When you're looking at an individual book or story, enter your ZIP code to see results in libraries near you. If you have questions about your options for getting access to one of these items through your local library, or more general questions about college libraries, please don't hesitate to get in touch: send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and mention that you're a Fir Acres student.
There isn't nearly enough room on this page to link to everything written by Fir Acres faculty! To find more, try a combination of searching in your local library catalog and Google, and consulting individual authors' websites, listed at the bottom of this page.
