Welcome to the Zoom Study Room Appointment Calendar. There are three Zoom Study Rooms available in 2-hour time slots. Study Rooms can hold up to 100 participants. After booking an appointment you will receive Zoom credentials for that meeting time via your @lclark.edu email and a separate confirmation email from Google Calendar. The person who books the appointment must then send the credentials to additional attendees; the library will only contact the person making the appointment. (Please note that at this time the reservations system only works on the Chrome browser.)
To ensure your Zoom Study Room Appointment is scheduled you must make the appointment 12 hours ahead of the meeting time on weekdays and by Friday at 4:00 pm ahead of all weekend meeting times.
