As Head of Special Collections I am eager and energetic to help students, faculty, and outside researchers access the unique materials held at Lewis & Clark. These include documents of historical import, rare books that demonstrate how text has been accessed and transmitted over time, and archives that trace the trajectory of individuals, families, and institutions.
As College Archivist I am the keeper of documents that witness the history of Lewis & Clark College. I am always keen to chase up papers from the archive that can tell us more about our past. Beyond this, I work with departments across campus to consider how our moment will be remembered and save the documents that tell this story.
I came to Lewis & Clark in 2016 after completing my doctoral research in early modern literary history at King's College, London. As a scholar, my work focuses on the political landscapes of the English Renaissance.
