Traditionally, Watzek Recess has been a study break held each semester on the two Reading Days prior to final exams. Students have had the chance to decompress with friends over games, snacks, and coffee, with free massages and therapy dogs provided.
Watzek (Virtual) Recess is still happening in spring 2020, though it will necessarily be a bit different as we shift to an online format. This year, we'll be using Zoom to offer three live events on Friday, May 1. We hope these may help you to relax and connect with each other, before turning back to your studying, hopefully a bit refreshed.
