Where do I go for help?
In addition to the info on the other tabs, try these resources:
Where is my registration email?
It should be in your email inbox, though it may be in your spam folder. Search for the subject line, Procertas - Welcome E-mail.
Why does my computer look different?
You may have to tell the LTA which operating system (Mac or Windows) you are using. To check, click your email address in Procertas (top right), select Settings, then choose your operating system. Be sure to click the green Save button when done.
Should I start with the assessment or the trainer?
It depends! If you just want to use this site to learn how to do something, go ahead and jump straight into the trainers for the skills you want. If you want to see where you are at, first take the assessments, then follow up with the trainers for any pieces you missed. Follow up with the assessment again and you can earn your digital badge. It's all under your control.

Assessment Modules: Timed and "graded." Use to earn your badge, determine what skills to learn.
Trainer Modules: Learning aids, with "Teach Me" videos for task-specific training.
Still not sure? Try these strategies:
Skip the Assessment for now, and jump right into the Training module. It's not a test! When you're ready take the Assessment and earn your badge.
Where can I get Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for free?
Students (and faculty and staff) can download Microsoft Office 365 Education for free with their Lewis & Clark email. Visit https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office for more information.
How do I get Adobe Acrobat Pro?
Unlike with Office, there is no unlimited, free access to Adobe Acrobat (not to be confused with Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you likely already have but is insufficient for creating and redacting documents). However, you do have a few options:
