Museo d'arte Sacra--Museum of Sacred Art in San Gimignano
Near the Piazza del Duomo in the city, there is the Museum of Sacred Art. Inside the museum, you can find religious sculptures and art by Sienese artists such as Lippo and Federico Memmi (active in Siena 1317-1356) and Goro di Gregorio (active in Siena 1324-1345).
Works such as 'Santa Lucia' by the Memmi brothers can be found here. Unfortunately visitors are prohibited from taking pictures, but there are well preserved statues of saints, priest attire, altar pieces, and paintings on display.
