About Spanish

Daily Spanish classes are designed to immerse students in Ecuadorian culture, society and customs. Classes are dynamic and demanding, incorporating grammar, reading, writing, listening comprehension, vocabulary and conversation skills.

Spanish classes also include field trips to local markets, museums, neighborhoods, and other traditional sites in Cuenca to give students opportunities to practice their Spanish and gain a genuine grasp of Cuenca´s culture.

Each week we organize a special activity that includes meetings with local students, the Ecuadorian Food Fest, community service, a day in the countryside, newspapers, murals and much more.
