Watzek Library will sponsor the first LC Book Club discussion on Thursday, September 16, 2010 from 12-1 pm. We will discuss The Gospel of Food by our new president, Barry Glassner. Registration is limited to 25 staff, faculty and students to allow an opportunity for discussion (registration is required).
To participate:
- Register to attend. Please note, registration is limited to 25 participants in order to allow time for discussion, so please only register if you can commit to participating on September 16.
- Read the book The Gospel of Food by Barry Glassner before the Book Club discussion on September 16. You can check out the book from Watzek or Summit Libraries, or you can buy a your very own copy at the LC Bookstore.
- Participate in the Book Club discussion which will be led by Kate Rubick, Reference Librarian and our own LC Faculty.
