About Stephanie

Your assistant for finding, evaluating, and integrating visual media into your research! As head of the Visual Resources Center at Watzek Library, I collaborate with students and faculty across the disciplines to integrate the Visual Literacy Standards & Guidelines. If you find yourself in need of research assistance, I'd love to hear from you! You can use my Google Calendar to book an appointment

I received a BA from Colorado State University (Art & Art History), and an MA in Art History from UC-Riverside. My art historical research centered on mesoamerican art & contemporary art along the US-Mexico border, especially those artists working with questions of identity and hybridity. I also have an MSIS from UT-Austin (digital preservation and visual resources management).
