Meetings:
Lunch is on us! SAC meets twice a semester for a hosted lunch meeting. We meet Thursdays, noon-1 pm in the library classroom (Watzek 245) .
Fall 2012 meetings will be: September 13 and November 8
Sponsored Events:
SAC plans, implements and co-sponsors (with Student Life) the Watzek Recess Events, from 8-10 pm on the Reading Days of each semester.
Watzek Recess Fall 2012 will be Thursday, December 13 and Friday, Decmeber 14.
Watzek Library Student Advisory Committee (SAC) Charge:
- To open and maintain effective communication channels between students and Watzek Library staff
- To transmit the needs and feelings of the student body regarding the library
- To serve as a sounding board for programs and policies initiated by the library
- To serve as an advocacy forum for the library
