Copying Facilities
Photocopying
Photocopier Locations
The Library has three public photocopiers. There is one in each of the
two photocopier rooms in the south wing on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the
building. Another photocopier is in the hallway between the elevator and
the south wing on the 2nd floor.
Costs
Using a $1 or $5 copy card purchased at the Circulation Desk, copies are
$.07 each.
Transparencies
Transparencies may be made on the Library photocopiers, buy they
must be purchased at the Circulation Desk to insure that they
are the proper type for use with this equipment. Other transparencies
may damage the equipment. Cost is $.25 each.

Micro-copying
Microform Copying Equipment
Equipment for reading and making copies of microfilm (rolls) and microfiche
(sheets) is located on the 2nd floor on the west side of the building
near the computer lab. There are two fiche/film reader/scanners
that can scan the pages of a fiche or film publication and send a copy
to your Lewis & Clark e-mail account. Most commercial Internet accounts
will not allow you to send these very large files.
There are also two microfiche
or microfilm read-only stations.
Costs
Reader/scanners that send copies to an e-mail account are free.

Audio/Video Copying
Recording Equipment
In the Audio/Visual equipment area near the computer lab on the 2nd floor
there are
- 5 audio cassette recorders
- 1 video-to-video recorder
- 1 DVD-to-video recorder
- 1 CD recorder
There is no charge for use of
this equipment.
Other Audiovisual Equipment
- 2 DVD players
- 4 VHS viewing stations
- 5 audio stations (cassette, CD, 2 with record players)
